Evening Group Activities and Meals
Each evening of the summits have been slated as free time.
Optional, large-group activities and meals will be available
for you to participate in. You can find them listed below as
they are arranged. Join the fun, or take the evening off. If
attending with your spouse, you're encouraged to take the
opportunity to enjoy an evening getaway with them—it’s your
choice!

Deal Or No Meal and Identified
Two games based on popular TV game shows will allow
participants to win prizes! In Deal Or No Meal, prizes of
complimentary dinners to restaurants near designated hotels
are awarded. In Identified, children’s ministry resources
will be given away to winners. Not only will contestants win
prizes, but the audience will also have a chance to win!
After the games, there will be an opportunity to network,
fellowship, and hang out before “calling it a night.”
Children’s Ministry Help Sheet CD
Each participant will be given a free Children’s Ministry
Help Sheet CD. This resource contains 250 Help Sheets that
can be used for teacher training and worker enrichment. The
CD also offers a wealth of information provided by some of
the foremost children’s pastors and leaders in the nation.

30 days out = $50
14 days out = $75
Less than 14 days out = $100

Services.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Please
provide a detailed outline of the refund request including
the registrant’s name. The request can be emailed to
registration@ag.org
or mailed to Convention Services Group, 1445 N. Boonville
